Common Errors When Staking

lockup, Staking, LOT Token

Updated this week

If you encounter one of the following error messages while trying to stake, please check the explanations below:

1. Insufficient Gas Fee

Cause:
This error occurs when your wallet doesn't have enough gas tokens to cover the network fee.
For example, on the BNB Chain, you must have a sufficient amount of BNB for gas.

How to Fix:

  • Make sure your wallet has enough of the native gas token (e.g., BNB) for the selected network.

  • We recommend keeping a small buffer above the minimum fee to avoid failures.

2. Insufficient Token Balance

Cause:
This happens when the amount you want to stake exceeds the LOT tokens available in your wallet.

How to Fix:

  • Double-check that the amount you entered is within your available LOT balance.

  • Leave a small portion of tokens unused to account for fees or rounding.

3. Request Failed

Cause:
This error can be triggered by a variety of issues, such as gas fee shortage, network delay, or a temporary error during transaction execution.

How to Fix:

  • Check your internet connection and try again after a short while.

  • If the issue persists, refresh your browser or reconnect your wallet and try again.

💡 TIP

Most staking errors are related to insufficient wallet balance or unstable network environments.
Please make sure your wallet has enough tokens and is properly connected before proceeding.
