Updating your API key allows you to replace your current or previous API key with a new one from the same exchange account. This feature is only available for some exchanges.
You should update your API key when:
Your previous API key has expired /is about to expire.
Your previous API key has encountered a problem.
We cannot track your data if an API key is not connected. If your API key expires and you wait a week to update it, you will have one week of omitted data.
You are welcome to add a new API key, but the data from your previous key will no longer be available through League of Traders and you will be starting from scratch. Using the update function allows you to pick up where you left off.
