This can occur if you enter the API key incorrectly. Please make sure there are no typos or spaces in your API key or password/passphrase.

Make sure you selected the appropriate permissions that were outlined in our instructions and exchange guides.

If we have provided an IP address for your exchange, make sure you’ve entered it in your API settings.
