BingX API Guide

The League of Traders guide on how to issue an API key through BingX.

Updated over a week ago

💡 BingX currently supports Perpetual Future only.

  1. Log in to your BingX account and click on the profile icon to reveal a drop-down menu. Select "API Management".

  2. Select “Create API”.

  3. If you haven’t already, you must complete the security verification and bind your BingX account to Google Authenticator.

  4. Type in a label (name) for the API key and press "Next". This is an optional name for your API key that is for your eyes only.

  5. To keep your account secure, you must complete the security verification with an “Email Verification Code” and “Authenticator Code” from Google Authenticator.

  6. Copy the “API Key” and “Secret Key”, store this information somewhere safe.

Note: The secret key will not appear again, so please be mindful. You could permanently lose access to your API key if you lose these codes.

  7. You will now need to modify the API permissions. Select "Edit".

  8. Enable the following permissions:

  • "Universal Transfer" & “Perpetual Futures Trading”- Necessary for the portfolio function.

  • "Read” - Selected by default.

  • In the “IP access restrictions” field select “Unrestricted (less secure)

9. Click "Save" to register your settings and complete the security verification procedures.
